Ojito: no hay que avergonzarse cuando se trata de tu salud.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recuerda que la salud mental es un proceso continuo, y es normal experimentar altibajos en la vida. Mantener un estilo de vida saludable y buscar apoyo cuando sea necesario puede ayudar a enfrentar los desaf\u00edos y disfrutar la vida.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>\u2764\ufe0f Hablemos sobre prevenci\u00f3n del suicidio: L\u00ednea de atenci\u00f3n *4141 no est\u00e1s solo, no est\u00e1s sola:<\/p>\n<p>Es una l\u00ednea gratuita y a trav\u00e9s de ella, las personas que est\u00e9n enfrentando una emergencia o crisis de salud mental asociada al suicidio, podr\u00e1n contactarse con un psic\u00f3logo que los escuchar\u00e1 y ayudar\u00e1. Funciona de lunes a domingo, las 24 horas del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Para eso deber\u00e1n llamar desde celulares de cualquier compa\u00f1\u00eda al *4141 cuando requieran asistencia.<\/p>\n<p>Esta l\u00ednea de ayuda est\u00e1 disponible para quienes presenten pensamientos o intentos suicidas, el que puede traducirse en un dolor emocional extremadamente intenso o asociado a s\u00edntomas de crisis de p\u00e1nico, ideas de hacerse da\u00f1o o de querer morir.
